Requests to book outside of these periods will unfortunately be denied. Room: The Studio Basic is a unique space. It feels more like a studio, with a private entrance from the hallway. The resident will not share the common areas, such as bathroom and study desk with other occupants. It’s spacious, giving the residents the most luxurious living experience. It features a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom, study desk, 60" smart TV with a streaming device, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. This room is a perfect fit for those looking for ultimate privacy and comfort. Studio Features: This room is the most affordable studio type room with ensuite bathroom. Eventhough it has all the features of a studio, it has limited natural light and does not have heavy kitchen appliances such as an oven and stove in the room. Neighbourhood/building: History, luxury, and central location come together at our Mansfield Residence. Located in New York's Midtown neighborhood, The Mansfield is in the city center and only a 5 -minute walk to Times Square and Grand Central Station. Town Hall and Broadway are cultural highlights and some of the area's notable landmarks include Fred F. French Building, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, and Central Park Zoo. Our residents cannot get more central, than this location. Kitchen and laundry: While our Mansfield Residence provides hotel amenities and luxury there are no heavy kitchen appliances. Residents will find a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. The Laundry and the communal kitchen is located on the basement level. We houden alle betalingen vast die je via ons platform doet voor je intrek, inclusief de eerste maand huur en een eventuele borg. Na je aankomst heb je 48 uur de tijd om te controleren of de woning is zoals je had verwacht. We sturen je geld alleen naar de verhuurder als alles in orde is.
